Cantor Ministry

We use a cantor (songleader) at each Mass on the weekends in addition to Holy Days. The cantors are trained through workshops and information to lead the assembly in singing responsorials and acclamations during the liturgy.

Who is it for? A new cantor can start by teaming up with someone more experienced, leading as little as one song at first if desired, until he or she feels comfortable.
