Some of the duties for active Legionaries include:

	visiting new parishioners and those who have fallen away from the church,
	making consoling calls in time of need,
	distribution of Catholic literature, and
	encouraging devotion to praying the Rosary.
	Legionaries can also be involved in prison ministry.
	On a weekly basis they distribute Holy Communion to Catholic patients in the hospitals and nursing homes of El Dorado.

Who is it for? People who would like to help others, in a humble and confidential manner, and who are willing to perform the duties involved in the Legion membership are invited to join. Feel free to attend a weekly meeting to check it out!

If you can't be an active member, but are willing to provide prayer support, you can become an auxiliary member.
