Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is a process for welcoming adult newcomers into the Roman Catholic Church. RCIA prepares the newcomers for the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Confirmation, and Eucharist by means of a personal journey that leads to a transformation of mind and spirit. Guided by the Gospel and by the examples set by the church members, newcomers find their place in the community of believers. It is a personal journey in which newcomers and team members re-examine and deepen their relationship with God.

The journey is divided into phases based on the individual's knowledge and faith level. The various phases are described separately.

Who is it for? Anyone with a good foundation and knowledge of faith. Couples welcome!

Meetings: Each Sunday, 9:30 to 11 a.m., late August through Easter Vigil
